Precision Clean
Our cleaning methods include LOX Cleaning, Ultrasonic Cleaning, High Purity Solvent Cleaning, Aqueous Degreasing, Abrasive Cleaning, and High Pressure Flushing. We conduct our procedures within a custom-built 15,000ft² Class 7 Clean Room that meets ISO-14644-1 standards. This environment features Class 5 laminar flow workbenches capable of handling parts of all sizes.
Passivation
We apply this technique using oxidizing acids to eliminate free iron from the stainless steel surface, a residue often left from previous manufacturing processes. This not only purges surface impurities but also results in a dense, thin oxide barrier. This newly formed protective layer offers an additional safeguard against further corrosion, ensuring your components remain resilient and effective in their applications.
Testing
Our suite of testing includes Pressure Testing, Total Filterable Solids (TFS) Analysis, Non-Volatile Residue (NVR) Analysis, among others. These tests verify the proper fabrication and assembly of parts, ensuring they meet the specifications for their intended applications. Moreover, our testing procedures allow us to confirm the integrity and performance of each component.
